Hi Rajesh

My solution has been, after much thought, to NOT format it. Even if you specify all digits, what about those cell and US numbers that include the letters, like "349 WALK" for a dog-walking company. You can UPPER() any letters input, later validate for only numeric, alpha or "-".

- Worry is the interest you pay, in advance, for a loan that you may never need to take out.
