In a try to mimic the behaviour of stored procedures of other RDBMSes, I was wondering whether in a procedure I could check and be sure that a certain parameter was passed by reference or by value.
This way it could be made really very close to a classic stored procedure with IN and OUT parameters (the IN parameters forced to pass by value, the OUT parameters forced to pass by reference).
