It's listed on the front cover of the October issue, with another one related to it. Page 34 has "Pass Data Between VFP and a Web Service" and page 40 has "Deal with Conflicts When Passing Data Via a Web Service" -- both excellent articles by Rick Strahl.

FWIW, my approach to reading mags is to check the front cover list of articles, then first turn to any that particularly interest me. Then after looking them over, start back at the beginning and read through the table of contents, then read through the mag, spending at least a minute on the first few paragraphs of each article before dismissing it.

I find that by following that pattern, I end up with a broad awareness of many issues and ideas, and almost always learn something in the process. Sometimes the first few paragraphs are interesting enough to hook me into reading something I might not have otherwise thought relevant.
