Well I did. But I am not sure to understand.
Their server is win2000 with service pack 4. So according to MS, it should be ok on the server side (actually no problem with other users).
So it should be on the client side - I just discovered that it was win2000 professional with service pack 2. SO I THINK THEY JUST NEED TO INSTALL SERVICE PACK ON THIS MACHINE. Ouff..... thanks
