Tom,

Perhaps that's why the politicians don't do much nowadays. They know that these actions will have a long-lasting impression. So they talk and talk and talk... saying a lot of beautiful empty phrases "The best is yet to come", "We are going to fix what the other government messed up", "They don't know what they're doing" Nice phrases.

The same reasoning could be applied to other markets. Hmmm looks like phrases we have from persons in charge of marketing for VFP.

"VFP is not going to be marketed outside the community"

Some time later

"I never said that"

Does those phrases make a difference. No way because it does'nt matter when there is no marketing where you don't do it ;-D

The problem was with the choice or words. The perfect (political) answer to my original interrogation should probably have been. "The same marketing efforts will be in effect inside the community and outside the community"

With that phrasing you know that later nobody can come back and say you did'nt respect what you said.

0 marketing inside = 0 marketing outside

>Interesting! Orson Well’s presentation was on the radio and people used his/her imagination to interpret the content of the show. It did cause a few people to “over react”. The reaction to the event in Romania was visual and certainly had a great impact!

>Perhaps what you see has greater value then what you hear. I hear politicians making great remarks, which defy reality. However, what I see politicians do has a lasting effect! :)

>>>A Romanian village was left deserted after its inhabitants fled in panic after mistaking disco lights in a nearby town for an alien invasion.
>>>
>>>Villagers in Cristinesti, eastern Romania, thought they were under attack by aliens when they saw bright, multicoloured lights in the sky and started leaving the village en masse.
>>>
>>>But police who were called out to investigate discovered the lights were coming from an open air disco in the town of Herta near the Ukrainian border, the daily Adevarul reported.
>>>
>>>They persuaded the villagers to eventually return to their homes.

>>>Costel Roman, one of the villagers, said: "Everybody was out on the streets and wondering what to do if the aliens landed.

>>>"We believed we were seeing UFOs and some old legends from around here about clocks stopping, animals

>>>going crazy and a previous UFO landing in the area suddenly came to our minds. We were terrified."

>>>He added: "We were so happy when we heard we had escaped an alien invasion."
