Does anybody know how to change the "alignment" of a field at run-time using the ReportListener (or any other method)?

I know the Render() method will let you specify the starting "Left" position and the EvaluateContents() will let you change the font characteristics or even the field contents, but I can't find a way to just change a field to be right-aligned instead of left-aligned at run-time depending on the contents of the field.
