Is anyone else having a problem with the 'cascade' button on the main VFP window?

You know, this is the middle button in the group on the top right of the screen. I thought that it should actually make the window smaller to the previous 'sized' window. In my case, it just minimises it. In addition, a double click on the icon on the Win95 tool bar has no effect, and I have to click maximise to re-open it.

Any thoughts? Perhaps I need to re-install VFP.
