Hello Kevin,

.NET is vast and can be complicated... Smart Client, Web Services, ASP.NET, CLR, etc... you have to focus on one thing at a time.

I would suggest you read on the .NET Framework first (which is the base for all .NET technologies).

W3Schools is great for an introduction :
http://www.w3schools.com/ngws/ngws_intro.asp

Also MSDN is a goldmine of information :
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpguide/html/cpovrintroductiontonetframeworksdk.asp?frame=true

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpguide/html/cpconInsideNETFramework.asp?frame=true

After you know more about .NET Framework, move on to a specific technology.

ASP.NET for example if you are into building web applications...
Web Services if you are into remote http calls or interoperability
...

Of course, read posts on newsgroups (UT!) to learn more everyday...

Good luck,
Alex
