Michel, I think you can duplicate the behaviour I was talking about without me sending you an image.

Log into message area using Firefox browser.
Click into the very top frame, the one that contains the toolbar. Click somewhere without an icon :)
Now arrow down with the arrow key. The pane scrolls, so that part of it is now out of view.

Sometimes I go to another tab, and come back to the UT tab in Firefox, and that's what it looks like.
