Hi Sergey,
No, I didn't try that one. What I did use is the VFPOleDB and SQLOleDB as the provider.
On the Open method of the ADODB.Connection object, I get the errors mentioned.

Used the MDAC Utility : Component Checker and it is up to 2.8 with 2 files being a higher version than expected.

I'll install that driver to see if I get any errors. Thanks for the suggestion.

Installed VFP 9 Beta onto the workstation. Now has the latest VFPOleDB and it still errors. I registered the VFPOleDB manually with RegSvr32 and I still get Class not registered on the Provider from the Open method.
