Thanks, I have it set correctly in IE. It's different in Opera, though, and this is the browser I'm using now. I ended by sending that message manually, but sure want to set up Opera correctly for the future.

Well, I wish I had read the message more carefully before sending. It now has two greetings lines for two differernt persons. Trying to do several things at once, as usual :(
