Thanks for the response but this is happening on the same PC (my development machine), therefore, I don't see any reason why the PRG can find the icon and run the code but the EXE cannot. I have not tried distributing the EXE to different machines. I simply compile it to an EXE run the program on my PC and NO Systray icon appears.
