Thank you for explanation. By the way, I just downloaded and installed the latest version of RealOnePlayer, 10.X. And I can run the tv web site from within the RealOne. But I still have no control over the tv "screen."

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/. I use it as my default browser and keep IE for sites that don't work or don't work well in FireFox.
