That is exactly what we are talking about. When we started to talk about that in our team, it was obvious that the requirements for the client needed a full blown database engine. But, they heard so many things about blog that they thing it's the end of the world. This is what they want. Doing otherwise by telling them not to use that will simply result in a no go for such a project.
