Open your scx as a table (i.e. Use myform.scx), go to record 6, and modify memo properties. Then look for wherever text11 is mentioned. That may give you a clue to what happened.
There's a chance that you used text11.value as a controlsource of something, and didn't prefix it with thisform.text11, or that it's contained in a page of a pageframe or in a container. If you're brave enough, you may just remove the lines where text11 is mentioned, close the form (as a table, i.e. just USE), compile form and see if the problem vanishes.

Backup first - or try this on a copy of the form.
