I am having a problem that I am not able to resolve. I am hoping that someone might have have some insight into this.

The command I use is "REPORT FORMAT poprint.frx TO PRINTER PROMPT NOCONSOLE".


While trying to print a report to the default printer my customer receives the error "error writing to aaa/que1/okidata", Another message is received that says "The remote computer is not available". The printer is an okidata microline 321. The version of Novell is 3.12. They are using a "Netware 386 Printer Server Version 3.76. Other programs such as Word 97 print fine.
