Thanks for the advice Sergey. I have tried time and time again to reproduce the problem but with no luck. At this point I have basically recreated the problematic form from vfp 8 in vfp 9 and it is working fine. I'm still scratchin my head as to why my form from vfp8 will not anchor properly. Works just fine if the form was created in v8 rather than v9.
