Adam,

I had tried that. The problem with setting SPARSE to False is that
if you have other properties for the textbox control, such as the backcolor being yellow (in order to have the currently selected record standing out),
then thhe whole column takes that property and you end up with a
whole column of yellow entries rather than just the one selected by the
end-user.

Any other suggestions ?

I shall try Michel Fournier's suggestion in the meantime.

Regards,
Michel Creppy.

If all the gridobjects are textboxes, I think you could just set margins for the textboxes and set
sparse=.F. for all the columns. --Yes I just tested it. It looks pretty good with a margin of 5.

>My question is : there does not seem to be a way to have a margin for the whole grid so that
every entry has a bit of space between it and the grid's column separator. Does anyone know of a
simple way to do it ?
