Try 'CodeRep' tool here in downloads.
You can build fully featured reports in code to TXT,PDF,HTML,XLS

HTML option is very flexible, and I think u can achieve what u want with this.
You build your report layout in FrontPage and then just copypaste html code in report code.
In this case I would make HTML TABLE/CELL in Front page and then fill it up with memo from 'CodeRep' report. See samples already done.
By HTML nature (make sure cell word wrap is on) HTML table/cell wld spread for as long as memo lasts.
