I have tried to set the Zorder of the control referance. I get an error that this is a read-only property. My trouble seems to be when my control is positioned over scroll bars of another control.

My custom control is a container with a list box. When conditions are met thae control is added to the form over the top of a grid. As long as I don't click the List box it appears okay. But when I click the List Box the scroll bars of the grid control bleed through the container part of the control(not the List Box).
