Has anone had trouble with a container class added as an object to a form being coverd up by another form property?

Example: Container class with List Box in it. Add to a form with a grid on it. When the class list box is selectd the grid scrol bars appear on top of the container part of my class. If a text box in the grid taht runs under the container class is clicked, the text box will cover up that portion of the list box.

I need some help.
