It's the same thing in the VFP forum. As I said the other time, if we add additional options when creating a message, some members will simply go away or not post at all because of too many fields they have to fill. Members, when in need of an answer, are always in a rush. They want the thing to be saved as soon as possible. They also prefer to have free format, in one textarea field, such as we have, to detail in their own ways their situation.
