A short while ago I became the proud owner of an iomega jaz drive. After installation I attempted to move a large very class intensive vfp app developement project to a new drive letter (i.e. the new jaz drive). Since then I have learned more than I care to about the inconsistences of how path information is stored for dbc's, vcx's, frx's etc. I would like to hear from others that may have run into this. We have built a number of utilities to fixup relocated projects. It would appear that the microsoft team handled the resulting app well (they don't care where they at if you follow some basic where am I rules) but the development project seems to be presumed to live where first created forever - unless you do something yourself. Have we missed something?? By the by try moving a class from a vcx on one drive to another then disappearing the orginal. Same thing only the pathing information in classloc can border on insane.
