I don't have that database to test, bu does it support a HAVING clause? if so this might work for you:

select *, itmg_nm + sub1 + sub2 + sub3 as concatkey 
   from table1 
   having concatkey >= 'GNRLHINCLAAAA' AND 
          concatkey <= 'HANDWICJJJ'
