As my understanding of it is a P4M will run faster, and use less battery power, than a p4 in a laptop. as far as i remember the M series forms part of the centrino setup saving power etc.

>I have never used a laptop with a Pentium M processor in it, but our vendor is only selling them now. I don't have a feel for how the clock speed compares to a P4 or better yet a P4-M. In otherwords if current currently have a P4-M 2400 notebook, would would be a similiar speed in a PM notebook?
