You can either disable the windows builtin firewall which is fully enabled by default after installing SP2 or right click the program, go to properties and in the security beside it there is an option to unblock the program, click apply and then you shouldn't be given a Security Warning dialog.
You can also do it by clicking on start, control panel, windows firewall, click on the exceptions tab and click on the add tab. Select the app from the list (you can browse to it if you have to) that you want to unblock and then click OK.
