Two that come to mind are 1) The sales staff gets so much stuff that they can't read it all, and 2) language problems prohibit sales staff in non-English speaking countries from understanding everything. > I tried last year to get info from IBM on a specific labtop that allowed mobile communications. I had read about the product and knew they had it but everyone at IBM said never heard of it ... even the hardware/laptop people. It wasn't a reflection of bad laptops, it was a reflection of bad communications between their hardware mgf and sales dept.
