You're getting the idea, Victor.
The big winner so far out of all of this (besides the politicians who get their palms nicely greased) is WalMart. More layoffs translates directly to more WalMart customers. Which translates to more jobs to India, China, Pakistan, Malaysia, etc, which translates to more customers for WalMart... until everyone is a customer of WalMart. But by them none of us can even afford WalMart, as we join the third world in envy.
