1. Quick search by pressing letters in project window.

Behavior in VFP 6,7,8,9: Open Project manager window, Docs tab. Press a letter (for example “c”) – we will go the name in list beginning with “c”. Pres quickly 2 letters (for example “cb”) – we will go quickly first to name in list beginning with “c” and then to name with “b”.

What we expect: In example described above – cursor to be positioned at name beginning with letters “cb”, as in earlier versions of Foxpro 2.6 for DOS and Windows.

Above is common practice in all applications and will improve developer productivity.

2. Same applies to “Properties” window.

3. Zoom by clicking with mouse in Report preview window.

Behavior in VFP 6,7,8,9: Make a “heavy” report and preview it. Click anywhere in the preview window. We get zoomed preview, and the report is regenerated. Select zoom ratio from the toolbar – preview is zoomed and the report is not regenerated.

What we expect: When clicking with the mouse, report to be zoomed, but NOT regenerated, as in earlier versions of Foxpro 2.6 for Windows, because this means a lot of time in some cases.
