>>>
>>>I installed it on my 'test-computer'. it starts a website to enable you to search. that woried me a bit. i don't want all my data go through the web. the ip for the website is not my ip address.
>>>
>>>so i am not so sure about this, especially after hearing news a while back that google come up with search results of information which was confidential (don't ask me for referenses, i don't remember).
>>>
>>>i am usually not paranoid, but this seems to be a bit questionable - unless someone can educate me?!

>>The "website" is actually on your local computer. Note that the IP address is 127.0.0.1

>ja, i noted that, but didn't know 'what to do with it'. now that say that - i remember something about pinging your own computer with a certain ip - i guess thats the one <s>. so you think its 'pretty' safe?!

They do ask if you want to send crash info back to them or not, but so far, I've had no problem with Google and any of my info. But who knows for sure?!
