One of our clients uses a laptop with a second "duel" monitor.

If he moves our application window onto the second monitor (the external one) and then closes it he gets an error...

"OLE error code Dx."

From then on any time he opens the application he gets the exact same error.

Restarting, reinstalling our software etc has not impact, but....
If he creates a new user login that clears it up untill he does it again.

Anyone have a clue as to what might be going on here?
