Yes. There are programs out there which do that for you. I had at my previous employer such a program which 'connected' 3 modem lines. works like a charm.

now the problem is: i have have no clue how that program was called (was about 5 years ago). but i do remember that this app was able to do this with any mix of connections, up to a t1 line (if i remember the t1 option correctly).
