Only VFP 9.0 have new key for command FLUSH [FORCE].
For previews version you must close and open table.

If General filed is not fill, you can use functions ISBLANK() or ISNULL() (if field have .NULL. value flag)

>I'm having trouble with a report that uses four OLE MS Graph objects, each from a general field in a record. (Fields: DOCK, CELL, FPI, XRAY) I calculate the data for each graph and pass it to the field with an APPEND GENERAL DATA command. When the reports print, without any apparent reason, some of the graphs do not show the data. The heading is there, so the graph object is there. I have run the procedure without the reports and verified that the data being passed into the fields is being calculated and formatted correctly. I have ruled out printer, PC, and network. The only thing left is something in either the program or the way the data is being posted into the general field. They run four copies of the report and each report may or may not drop a graph, and if it does drop one, it is usually not the same graph from report to report. Looking at the table in BROWSE mode shows the data has not made it into the Graph object.
