>Again, Jordan, you very much over-simplify.
>Let me offer an example of a Chinese programmer I worked with here, a talented and smart fellow.
>He developed his programs in 'sections'... wrote a section, tested it, moved to the next section, tested it, repeat until complete. If a section didn't test properly on the second attempt he simply cut the code out, re-coded, and resumed testing. To me this was very wasteful/silly. Yet it worked for him! But the main message is that he grew smarter as he was exposed to other concepts.
>You would also be very surprised to learn that many many Indians are happily returning to India. Yes, the more mobile (not necessarily smarter) ones did come to North America and elsewhere, but that is now changing.
>But they'll come back, once China takes that market too.

Hi Jim
no I do not simplify, I have just differnt approach.
All the programmers all over the world has the same cost.
Good programmer cost $25-50 per hr
Average - 10-20
Low qualified - 1-10
this is worlrd price. You knaw that the projects(jobs) are the same- some for high qualified programmers, some for low qualified.
Low qualified programmers which live in high standard(developed) countries can't leave with so small earnings, that's why their jobs move to countries with low standard.
High qualified programmers receive this salaries in their countries or relocate in country where the can get this money.
This is the flows of work and workers.
The good programmers in India/China ask for high salaries or relocate.
I have observed this here from 10 years.
That's why I am not afraid about my job in the future. And there no reasons you to be worried.
If indian company get a project for high qualified people, it will hire them in high standard(developed) countries paying good hourly rates. And they already do this.
Other is words of politics or labor union leaders, which always try to protect low qualified which vote for them.
