>VFP6 was distributed in Visual Studio, which itself does have Service Packs 1-5 inclusive (because I have them in hand). I don't know if there were other service packs beyond that, nor do I know if VFP6 was distributed outside of VS6 and may have had it's own SPs for that distribution.

That need to be validated. For now, we have VFP6 SP1.
