You know well (or should know well, being a man of middle age) that an attack on an idea can easily be interpreted as an attack on the individual who advocates the idea, esspecially by that particular individual. Are you sure you always choose the right words, in order to prevent that this individual thinks you launch a personal attack? (Do you feel attacked personally now?)
