>OK, to be fair I would have to state that in my own personal opinion the country whose people use the poorest grammar on a regular basis is the country with the fewest people attainging a higher education. Hence, it tends to be a poor country or a country with no middle class but only an upper and a lower class... When the majority of a country's citizens lack education they perpetuate the usage of slang in each generation.
