You'll have to wait for VFP9 which saves much less info into Expr field and alows to store your overrides into the Picture field of the FRX first (header) record.
>The Tools | Options | reports | "save printer info" setting does not appear to deal with the COLOR=n setting that is getting stored in the FRX. I have turned off the "save printer info" setting in my dev environment. With my default printer set to a B&W printer, when i browse the EXPR field in the FRX, i get the following:
>
>
>ORIENTATION=0
>PAPERSIZE=1
>SCALE=100
>ASCII=100
>COPIES=1
>DEFAULTSOURCE=7
>PRINTQUALITY=600
>COLOR=1
>DUPLEX=1
>YRESOLUTION=600
>TTOPTION=3
>COLLATE=1

>The TAG and TAG2 fields remain blank.

>When i change my default printer to a color printer and i modify the report, the color line in the EXPR field changes to COLOR=2. The problem is that when developers whose default printer is a black and white printer modify a report, they will inadvertantly cause those users who are printing to a color printer to print in B&W. Kinda defeats the purpose of the "dont save printer info" setting.
