I am having a strange error with our ASP.NET web application. Ocassionally one of the first people to start work in the morning gets a "page not found" error. See error message details below.

Notes about the error:
- the user is the first person to log into our application in the morning from that site
- in most cases I've logged into the app before him, but from home using my own DSL internet connection
- the error happens after he inputs his usename and password then clicks the login button
- we are using forms authentication
- if the user then surfs back to the login web page and logs in again, the application starts fine

Notes about the environment
- running latest version of the .NET framework
- server is running Windows 2000 Server
- we access the internet via a proxy server at work
- each night use the IISRESET command to stop IIS then do packing and other maintenance, then use IISRESTART to restart IIS

At first I thought if he was the first person from all sites to try to login the loading of ASP.NET and the VFP DLLs caused a timeout, but if I log in from home before anyone, he still gets this error.

Cut and Paste of the error page:
