If you want to travel abroad to other parts of the world outside the USA, then you better be prepared to play by their rules. If you're not...then DON'T GO. If you're a guest/vistor in some other nation then you should be expected to abide by there rules/laws and act accordingly. If you're afraid of their judical system or have some parnoid fear of some evil unproved legal actions happening to you...then DON'T GO. If you're thinking of joining the army and you're afraid you're commander is gonna tell you to do something that could land you with a war crime then DON'T JOIN. If you did join and you find yourself in such a position, then either do it, take you're chances and don't wine about it, or don't do it (thus being able to sleep at night, for a little bit anyway) and risk being shot by you're own above-the-international-world government - and don't wine about that either.

This is the case right now and for all of the years that I traveled to other countries I lived by it.
