Now I think the problem is not in the corruption, but something got changed on the security of the web server. I found the database version when I didn't have any problem with, but it's givivng the same error now.
I checked permissions on this file (dbf). But ASPNET account (I think the DLL called from ASP will use ASPNET account) still have read and write rights.
