I think its pretty clear now, knowing what we know about France and the back door deals and money etc with IRaq, the ongoing Oil for Food UN corruption.... This is is serious serious stuff......... The president is telling the American people and the world that No country or group of countries would ever have a vote in whether or not the USA will be able to defened herself anywhere on this planet !
