Can anybody recommend something or send me to a link where I can find the solution of my problem?... (went to Microsoft's MSDN but I got the 'book' answer on this, if you know what I meant ?? hahaha.)

Here's my problem:

I've created web applications using .net2003/windowsXP (laptop)..and during testing on our development server running on W2000/iis5/SQL2000... the whole web application was 'PERFECT'... performance wise and everything... THEN when I tried to install and run the same application on our test server (staging server running W2003/IIS6/same SQL2000)... My PROBLEM BEGUN, there's a bit of a delay/discrepancy in the performance. The Screen will not refresh as fast as when I try it on the development server????... the "WHITE PAGE"/black page comes once in a while (1-2 seconds) when I scroll from one web page to another as if the web server is processing something. It does occur though when I flip to let's say page 6 from page 5, (page 1-5 were fast though)then it performs better again, then it comes again on page 10 and so on....I don't have such problem on the develeopment server though?...

Did I miss something during the installation of the W2003 Server/OS?.. I thought .net framework is automatically installed?.. Is there a problem with my IIS6?.. How will I configure properly IIS6 (web server extensions? / caching/ performance issues??)
