Sounds like time for the old drill. Try the app on a few
different PCs to see if it still occurs. Or else strip your
Config.Sys & Autoexec.bat files & try a process of elimination.

Stuff like that should not happen. It usuall boils down to
a corrupted file or other apps in the config.sys, etc,
colliding.
