If you're accessing vfp data over the network or SQL/MSDE data, you'll need to impersonate a user with rights to that data. The easiest way to do that is by setting up a COM+ package.
If it's all still on the same server, then you'll need to give _IUSR,_IWAM, and the ASP.NET accounts Security access to those tables.
