The customer is using a machien with a fairly new INTEL motherboard and CPU, running WIN2K workstn on a WIN2k Server network. Any suggestions?

the problem couldn't come from computer hardware, but may be from their displays. I remember that we have some problem with different type displays durind development fo that kind of components.
All desktops in my office ore with Intel MB and CPU from i815/PIII733M, i850/P4 1.4G and i865G/P4 3G ant oit works.
Realy we have not from newest i915G yet and I couldn't comment
