That was it. There was a field with a box around it that both stretched. They displayed correctly and they where at least an inch from the bottom of the page header. I was preloading a variable with name address with CRLFs at the end of each line. Seems strange but all is well when not stretching.

>Does the header have any stretchable fields? If so, check the data to see if there are a bunch of spaces or CRLFs that are wrapping around and causing the detail to move down.
