Index does not match table

In my application I have a grid of records. In a menu is an option to
edit records from that grid. This pops up a modal form that displays
the selected record and child records of that record. If nothing is
changed in the window then when you exit the form no save occurs. If
something is changed then I update the views. I am using an oracle
back end so I am making use of remote views.

I am running into something strange. If I go into one record, then
exit, then go into another record and edit I get a 'index does not
match table' error 114 on a specific table. How could this be
happening if I am using remote views?

Just a note, the modal form is using the default datasession and has
not views/tables populated in the data environment. I am under the
understanding that if a form is using the default datasession then the
dataenvironment does not need to be populated.

Any ideas?

Jason
