I've always used Alltrim(Str(lnTimzNum,lnTotalLength,lnDecimalPlaces)) in my code previously. It allows you to specify the decimal places, however it is more strict than Transform() as it will only accept a numeric value

I've been looking at some of the formatting things associated with Transform() now though. Maybe there's something in there which would help
