This message has been marked as the solution to the initial question of the thread.
In my case I new all of the exes that I wanted to run, so I new what they had in the Title Bar of the Window. So for instance this explorer window I would pass in the parameter "Universal Thread".

Are you looking to run more than 1 exe?
Do you know what the exes are?
